IT’S TIME TO STOP JUST GETTING THROUGH LIFE
You don’t have to keep overthinking, people-pleasing, carrying everyone else’s problems, or feeling like you’re never quite enough. Together, we’ll build the confidence, resilience, and relationships that allow you to enjoy your life—not just survive it.
Online counselling for individuals and couples throughout British Columbia.

ONLINE COUNSELLING ACROSS BRITISH COLUMBIA
I provide online counselling to individuals and couples throughout British Columbia using a secure video platform. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, self-doubt, relationship challenges, people-pleasing, parenting stress, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, counselling can help you develop the tools and perspective needed to move forward.
I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors. With nearly 20 years of experience, I have helped people build confidence, strengthen relationships, increase resilience, and create happier, more meaningful lives. Most extended health benefit plans cover my services.
My areas of focus include couples counselling, relationship issues, self-esteem, confidence, resilience, happiness, anxiety, and personal growth. I work with clients from across BC, including Vancouver, Victoria, Kelowna, Nanaimo, Kamloops, Prince George, and surrounding communities.
If you are ready to stop simply getting through life and start creating a life you genuinely enjoy, I would be honoured to help.

DO ANY OF THESE APPLY TO YOU?
- Your days are blending together and life feels like something you’re getting through rather than enjoying.
- You feel disconnected from yourself, your relationships, or the things that once brought you joy.
- You spend too much time worrying about what other people think and not enough time listening to yourself.
- You constantly wonder whether to stay in your relationship or leave.
- You feel overwhelmed, anxious, exhausted, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve you.
- Your confidence has taken a hit and you find yourself questioning whether you’re good enough.
- You are carrying the mental load for everyone around you and have little energy left for yourself.
- You did all the “right” things in life, but still don’t feel as happy or fulfilled as you expected.
- You want stronger relationships, greater resilience, and a deeper sense of purpose and contentment.
It’s Time to Build a Life You Don’t Need a Break From
Together, we can help you develop the confidence, resilience, self-compassion, and relationship skills needed to create a more meaningful, connected, and satisfying life.
RESPECTFUL, OPEN & CULTURALLY AWARE
I believe that every person deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and compassion. My goal is to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are—without fear of judgment, criticism, or having to explain why your life looks different from someone else’s.
I am committed to equity, inclusion, and social justice, and I welcome individuals of all identities, backgrounds, cultures, abilities, spiritual beliefs, sexual orientations, and gender identities.
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with members of the LGBTQIA2S+ community, people in non-traditional relationship structures, and individuals from a wide range of cultural backgrounds and life experiences.
I have also worked extensively with members of First Nations communities. As a settler, I recognize that colonization continues to affect Indigenous people, families, and communities today. I remain committed to learning, listening, and deepening my understanding of these realities so that I can provide more culturally responsive and respectful care.
No matter who you are or where you come from, you will find a safe, welcoming, and respectful place here.
