I provide professional counselling for people living anywhere in BC via a secure video platform. I hold a Masters of Arts in Counselling Pscyhology and have nearly 2 decades of experience helping people develop the knowledge and skills they need to meet the challenges of life. I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors and most extended benefit plans will cover my services.
I specialize in resilience and happiness, and in managing and improving relationship dynamics. For more information, please see the Meet Louise page.

DO ANY OF THESE APPLY TO YOU?
• Your days are blending together as you watch life go by
• You’re so emotionally cut off from yourself and your relationships that you seem to be living life on automatic pilot
• You are constantly wondering if you should stay or leave your relationship
• You feel like you are constantly feeling either anxious or depressed
• Your coping mechanisms are no longer effective
You feel disappointed – you did all the right things and you just don’t feel happy
IT’S TIME TO START WORKING TOWARDS MORE PEACE AND CONTENTMENT IN YOUR LIFE.
RESPECTFUL, OPEN & CULTURALLY AWARE
I try to base my life and work on compassion, respect and equity.
I advocate for justice and equity for marginalized groups and welcome the opportunity to work with all individuals of any identifications and cultural background.
I have extensive experience working with the LGBTQIA2S+ community and folks with non-traditional relationship arrangements.
I have also had the privilege of working with many people from the First Nation communities of Canada.
I acknowledge that being a settler comes with not only privilege but also blind spots about the extent and severity of the destructive acts of colonization. I commit to doing better to understand the negative impact that past policies and practices have had on First Nation people in this country.
No matter who you are, you will find a safe and respectful place here.
